If signed before December 18th, the Solution Services days will be provided at no cost (a $30,000 value) and the discount has been increased to 25%. This includes a new deployment package and an upgrade to WebCenter 20.0.

PROPOSAL SPECIFIC TERMS
Five (5) year, Non-Cancellable Initial Term
- Esko’s SaaS Agreement attached fully executed between Esko and Tillamook County Creamery Association on 5/14/19 exclusively governs this Proposal. PDF titled, 2_Esko SaaS Agreement_Tillamook_05-09-2019
- This Proposal is Esko’s confidential information which you agree not to disclose to any third party or use for any purpose except in connection with your purchasing decision of Esko’s products and/or services.
- For the Software Subscription Initial Term of five (5) years, the Customer agrees to be invoiced annually in advance for the non-refundable fees (not including applicable taxes) as listed above, with payment due NET 45 days from the invoice date.
